Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy) Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The Jabłonka Commune Where Residents Live, Indicated In The Order Description, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996.
