As Part Of An Open Procedure In Accordance With The Procurement Ordinance (Vgv), The Unstrut-Hainich District Intends To Replace The Existing Avaya Ip Office Server Edition R11.1 With A Cloud-Based Voip/Ucc Solution As Software As A Service (Saas). The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Ready-To-Use Provision And Operation Of A Centrally Administrable, Highly Available Communications Solution For Four Locations And Approximately 595 Users. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Saas Platform, Standard Telephony And Ucc Functions, Softphone And Mobile Clients, Public Telephony Via Sip Including Carrier/Sbc Functions, The Transfer And Porting Of Existing Telephone Numbers, Up To Ten Physical Ip Telephones, Ten Analog Converters Each With Two A/B Interfaces, A Central Operator Workstation And An Ai-Supported Operator Function. Furthermore, Project Planning, Proof Of Concept, Voip Readiness And Acceptance Measurement, Migration And Switchover, Training, Documentation As Well As System Service And Support Are Part Of The Service.
