The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Execution Of Construction Works, Repairs Of Road Surfaces In The Cadastral Territory Of Frenštát Pod Radhoštěm In Accordance With The Customers Requirements Set Out Further In The Contract And Resulting From The Tender Documentation For The Public Contract And/Or Valid Legal Regulations And Čsn Standards. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Following Activities In Particular: - Processing Of Documentation For The Construction (Dps) Or Technical Solution According To The Nature Of The Repair (The Technical Solution Should Contain: A Map Background With An Outline Of The Extent Of The Work Performed; A Text Description And An Itemized Budget Including Unit Prices); - Removal Of The Asphalt-Concrete Cover Of The Road, Including Removal To A Landfill Within 5 Km Or Disposal With Subsequent Documentation Of Weighing Sheets And A Declaration Of Disposal Or Recycling; - Documentation Of Documents On The Legal Disposal, Storage Or Recycling Of All Types Of Construction Debris And Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Work, Including The Submission Of Relevant Weighing Slips; Provision Of Sampling And Laboratory Assessment Of The Milled Asphalt Mixture (R-Material) By An Accredited Laboratory To Determine The Qualitative And Ecological Classification (Especially The Pah Content); - Laying Of A New Asphalt Concrete Surface, Including Filling Of Working Joints; - Addition And Restoration Of Individual Structural Layers; - Adjustment And Addition Of Pavements, Curbs, Sewer Manholes And Their Connections, Height Adjustment Of Water Pipes, Gas Pipelines And The Area Of Adjacent Entrances And Sidewalks, Installation Of Lateral Drainage And Gutter Blocks, Landscaping, Humus Covering And Seeding Of Tree Trunks In The Protection Zone Communication And Protection Of The Existing Networks, Including Discussions With The Concerned Authorities; - Restoration And Establishment Of Temporary Traffic Barriers; - Requests For The Existence Of The Networks And The Subsequent Placement Of Traffic Signs At The Relevant Traffic Inspectorate Frenštát Pod Radhoštěm, The Department Of Building And Planning; - Ensuring The Approval Of The Temporary Relocation Of Bus Stops By The Concerned Authorities, Including The Physical Implementation Of This Relocation And The Installation Of Replacement Markers; Authorized Representatives Of The Subsidy Provider, Control Authority Or Client To Enter The Contractors Premises And Check Documents Related To Construction Works; - Status Management
