Installation Work Of Cooling Equipment – ​​Works Contract For The Replacement Of The Cold Production Of The La Plagne Tarentaise Bobsleigh Track - Lot 03 - Process Froid. This Consultation Concerns Exclusively Lot No. 03 “Cold Process” Of The Renovation Operation Of The La Plagne Tarentaise Bobsleigh Site. The Other Work Packages Will Be Subject To Further Consultation. The Planned Allotment Of The Operation, Which May Change, Is Specified In The Ccap. This Lot Is Being Launched In Advance In Order To Take Into Account The Manufacturing Times Of The Equipment And To Allow The Recommissioning Of The Installation For The Winter Season 2027-2028. The Services Will Be Carried Out In Coordination With The Other Lots, According To The Phasing And Terms Provided For In The Contract Documents. The Services Include The Removal And Evacuation Of The Three Existing R507 Refrigeration Units, The Treatment Of The Refrigerant, The Replacement Of The Water Cooling Towers With Two Air Coolers (“Gas-Coolers”) And The Installation Of Three New Co2 Refrigeration Units (R744). They Also Include The Securing Of The Machine Room, The Modernization Of Automation And Regulation, Additional Energy Metering As Well As Repairs To The Hydraulic Networks And Their Insulation, In The Machine Room And In Turns 6 And 15. The Contract Is Concluded At A Global And Revisable Fixed Price. Its Duration Is Set At 31 Months From Its Notification, Including A Preparation Period Of Two Months And The Guarantee Of Perfect Completion. This Consultation Includes The Following Four Possible Additional Services (Pse): Pse No. 1 - Extension Of The Warranty From Two To Five Years; Pse N° 2 - Displacement Of The Collectors At Turn N° 6; Pse N° 3 - Displacement Of The Collectors At Turn N° 15; Pse No. 4 - Supply Of Maintenance Stock (Pump, Probe And Control Valves). The Content Of Basic Services And Pes Is Described In The Cctp. The Estimated Value Indicated In This Notice Includes The Basic Services, All Of The Pes As Well As The Option Relating To The Carrying Out Of Similar Work Provided For In The Contract
