The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts (Packages). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. Reason For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots: The Subject Of The Contract Is Of A Uniform Nature, And Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Cause Excessive Organizational And Technical Difficulties And Additional Costs Of Contract Execution, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing The Contract.
