The Contractor Should Exercise Effective Construction Supervision In Accordance With Art. 168 Of Zut, Including Ensuring Ongoing Control Over The Quality, Quantity And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Included In Stages 7–11 (Subsections 3.1–3.5), From Km 3+353.62 To Km 4+662.27 Of The Approved Investment Project. With The Approved Construction Documents, The Contract And The Applicable Regulations, As Well As Timely Identification And Removal Of Discrepancies And Defects.
