The Subject Of The Order Is The Service And Calibration (At Three Measurement Points: 0.10 Mg/L; 0.25 Mg/L And 0.70 Mg/L) Of Alcosensor Iv Sobriety Testing Devices For The Police Units Of The Lower Silesian Garrison During A Period Of 12 Months (1381437). 2. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Perform Technical Inspections, Repairs, Replacement Of Damaged And Worn Parts, Replacement Of Consumables (Batteries, Accumulators, Paper And Coloring Tapes), Adjustments And Calibration Activities Of Devices At Three Measurement Points: 0.10 Mg/L; 0.25 Mg/L And 0.70 Mg/L. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That Basic Maintenance Services In The Field Of Maintenance Inspections, I.E. Cleaning, Maintenance, Calibration, Calibration And Repair Services, Are Guaranteed For Each Device For Measuring The Alcohol Content In Exhaled Air. 4. Calibration Of Devices For Measuring The Concentration Of Alcohol In Exhaled Air Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of May 11, 2001, Law On Measures (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis. 4.1. The Positive Result Of The Tests Carried Out On Devices For Measuring The Concentration Of Alcohol In Exhaled Air Is Confirmed By The Measurement Administration Authority Or An Accredited Laboratory (Pca) With Proof Of Calibration In The Form Of A Calibration Certificate And Imposes Calibration Features On The Measuring Instrument In The Number And Places Indicated In The Type Approval Decision. 4.2. The Calibration Certificate (For Each Device Separately) Must Be Issued By An Authorized Entity, I.E. The District Office Of Measures Or An Accredited Calibration Laboratory With An Accreditation Certificate Issued By The Polish Center For Accreditation. 5. All Service, Maintenance, Adjustment And Calibration Activities Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Act Of May 11, 2001, Law On Measures (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063, As Amended), Implementing Regulations To This Act, Technical And Operational Requirements And Operating Instructions For Devices For Measuring Alcohol Content In Exhaled Air Type Alcosensor Iv Specified By The Manufacturer These Devices And The Provisions Of The Swz. 6. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 2 To The Swz; Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu). The Completion Of A Service Repair Will Be Confirmed By A Service Report. The Protocol Template Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Ppu. 7. The Contractor Provides A 6-Month Warranty For The Services Performed, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Equipment After Properly Performed Service. 7.1. The Contractor Provides A 12-Month Warranty For Materials And Spare Parts Used During The Provision Of The Services In Question, But No Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Device By The Ordering Party. 7.2.
