The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is To Carry Out The Public Procurement Of: A) Design Services (Documentation For Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations, Dtac, Technical Design And Execution Details), Including The Technical Quality Check Of The Technical Design And Execution Details, Which Is The Responsibility Of The Provider And Is Carried Out By Attested Project Verifiers, Independent Of The Design Team; Technical Verification Is A Distinct Position Within The Design Component; B) Technical Assistance From The Designer; C) Execuție Lucrări; The Following Are Not The Subject Of This Purchase: Site Management (Chapter 3.8.2 Of The General Estimate) And Coordination In Matters Of Safety And Health During The Execution Of The Works (Chapter 3.8.3 Of The General Estimate). These Services Are Provided By The Contracting Authority Separately, Through Separate Procurements, In Order To Preserve The Independence Of Supervision From The Executor.
