The Feasibility Study Will Be Drawn Up According To The Framework Content Provided For In Decision No. 907/2016 With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions Regarding The Elaboration Stages And Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds. The Feasibility Study Will Analyze The Existing Situation And Substantiate And Propose At Least Two Different Technical-Economic Scenarios/Options, Recommending, Justified And Documented, The Optimal Technical-Economic Scenario/Option, In Accordance With The Objectives Of The Risk Management Plan At Buzău - Lalomiţa Floods, The Management Plan Of The Buzău - Lalomiţa Basin And With The Vision Of The Eu Directives.
