The Opc Mission Concerns Works Consisting Of: In Firm Phase: - Energy Renovation Of Building 13 (Day School In R+4), - Restructuring Of Building 13 To Ensure Consistency Of The Premises With The Regional Benchmark. The Interventions Concern, Among Other Things: - The Replacement Of All Exterior Joinery, - The Implementation Of Double Flow Ventilation, - Exterior Thermal Insulation (Ite) Of The Building, - The Functional Restructuring Of Part Of The Ground Floor And The R+1. It Is A R+4 Building Which Covers Approximately 5300M². In Optional Phase: - Creation Of The Geothermal Probe Field. The Operation Includes: - The Creation Of A Field Of Geothermal Probes For The Heating Supply Of Buildings 13/14/16, - Installation Of Heat Pump/Geothermal Energy In The Boiler Room, - Gtb Adaptation, - Regulation Of The Heating Devices Of The Building 13. The Creation Of Temporary Premises And The Associated Moves Are Part Of The Operation. This Work Is Currently Estimated At Approximately 5,300,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Includes A Provisional 13 Separate Lots.
