The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Separately Collected Municipal Waste: Paper, Metals With Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging Waste, Glass, Bio-Waste And Large-Sized Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live In The Commune Of Łęknica, Delivery Of Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Specified In Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Łęknica Commune. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Each Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated On The Property Where The Residents Live, Generated In The Łęknica Commune, Described In This Opz In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Provided That The Maximum Amount Of Services Provided By The Parties Is 140% Of The Total Amount Of Waste Indicated In The Offer Form For Each Fraction. 3. The Total Estimated Weight Of Waste Constituting The Subject Of The Service Is 788 Mg.
