The Subject Of This Tender Is Lot 2 - Technical Equipment In Service Phases 1-9 According To Section 55 Hoai (Appendix 15) For System Groups 1, 4, 5 And 6 Within The Meaning Of Section 53 Paragraph 2 Hoai. The Focus Is On The High-Voltage Systems (Ag 4) With Photovoltaic Systems, Charging/Electric Mobility Infrastructure (Geig) And Lighting; In Addition, The Conveyor Systems/Elevators (Ag 6), The Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems (Ag 5, Including Parking Clearance/Parking Guidance Technology, Fire Alarm System) As Well As The Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems (Ag 1, Mainly Drainage). In Particular, Close Coordination With The Building Property Planning (Lot 1, Including Photovoltaics, Green Roofs, Electromobility) And The Structural Planning (Lot 3), The Requirements Of Urban Development Funding And The Life Cycle Consideration Must Be Taken Into Account. According To The Current Planning Status, The Heat Supply (Ag 2) And The Ventilation Technology (Ag 3) Are Not Required Or Only Insignificantly (Open Or Naturally Ventilated Building). A Phased Commissioning Is Planned: First, The Service Phases 1-4 Are Commissioned (Stage 1); Then Optionally The Performance Phases 5-9 (Level 2). The Scope Of The Service Phases 5 Ff. Is Subject To The Implementation Model Chosen By The Client (Awarding On A Trade-By-Trade Basis In Accordance With Vob/A Or Awarding To A General Contractor Who Takes Over The Implementation Planning). There Is No Legal Right To Further Assignment. Time Of Service: The Planning Services Must Be Coordinated With The Buildings Schedule; The Draft Planning Must Be Submitted By The End Of May 2027. The Procurement Process Is Scheduled To Be Completed In 2026. The Client Is Guided By The Hoai 2021; The Contract Regulates Further Details.
