The Object Of The Procurement Is A Simulation System (Av System) For The Jyväskylä Hippos Competence Center For The Use Of The Jyväskylä University Of Applied Sciences Welfare Unit, Which Will Be Completed In 2027, Mainly For Teaching Use. The Simulation System Must Cover All The Equipment And Software Listed In The Request For Quotation. In Addition To The Actual Simulation Rooms, The Simulation Environment Covers All Learning Rooms On Two (2) Floors And Control Rooms From Which Simulation Situations And Connections To Different Teaching Rooms Are Controlled. With The Help Of The Simulation System, Versatile Simulation Exercises Resembling Authentic Interaction And Customer Situations In The Social And Health Sector Are Created For Educational Purposes. The Purpose Of The Simulation System Is To Enable The Recording, Recording And Real-Time Control Of Teaching Situations. The New Hipposkeskus Being Built In The Sports Capital Jyväskylä Will Offer A Unique Whole For Exercise, Hobbies And Sports. The Hippos Area Will Further Strengthen Jyväskyläs Position As A Leading Research And Education City In Exercise And Elite Sports. Hipposkeskus Consists Of Four (4) Entities: A Sports Center, A Competence Center, An Ice Sports Center And A Parking Garage From Hippos-Park. The Procurement Unit Has Previously Published A Procurement-Related Information Request (585563 / Jamk - Simulation System Information Request) And A Tender Request (603116 / Jamk - Hippos Competence Center Simulation System). The Bidding/Procurement Was Suspended On June 9, 2026 Due To Essential Errors In The Tender. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Different Parts Of The Procurement Form A Functional And Technical Entity, The Implementation Of Which Among Several Suppliers Would Cause A Significant Risk In Terms Of Compatibility, Division Of Responsibilities And Schedule Management. Splitting The Procurement Would Substantially Increase The Need For Coordination And Could Endanger The Proper Execution Of The Contract. In Addition, The Overall Solution Enables Procurement To Be Carried Out In A Technically Manageable And Cost-Effective Manner.
