The Subject Of The Assignment Is The Implementation Of The Statutory Annual Audit, Including All Associated Audit-Related Services, For The Saarland University Hospital As A Legal Institution Under Public Law (Uks Aör) And For Uks Service Gmbh As A Subsidiary Included In The Regular Audit Assignment. Uks Energie Gmbh Is Not Part Of The Regular Scope Of The Audit And Is Only Audited As An Optional Service If Separately Commissioned. Ek-Unico Gmbh Is Not The Subject Of Independent Audit Procedures; The Only Information That Needs To Be Taken Into Account Is The Information In The Management Report On The Annual Financial Statements And The Minority Shareholding. The Services Include All Activities That Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Audit. This Includes In Particular: - Auditing The Annual Financial Statements, - Auditing The Management Report, - Auditing In Accordance With Section 53 Of The Budget Principles Act (Hgrg), - Carrying Out The Necessary It Audit Procedures, - Preparing The Audit Report, - Preparing Management Letters, - Carrying Out Legally Or Regulatory Required Attestations, - Reporting To The Executive Board, Supervisory Board And Other Responsible Bodies. The Contractor Must Provide All Services In Compliance With The Relevant Legal, Professional And Technical Requirements.
