Energy Meters – Remote Thermometers. Vantaa Energia Has Approx. 5,100 Thermal Energy Meters In Its District Heating Network, Of Which Remote Reading Has Been Implemented For Approx. 2,000 Devices With 2G/3G Modems. As A Result Of The Upcoming 2G Shutdown, Vantaan Energia Will Replace These 2,000 Devices By The End Of 2029. Most Of The Thermal Energy Meters Included In The Competition Are In The Dn20-Dn40 Size Class And Are Mainly Divided Into The Dn20 - Dn100 Size Class. Individual Items Can Be Found Up To Dn150 Size. The Goal Of This Procurement Is To Get Vantaan Energia To Use New Thermal Energy Meters, Whose Requirements, Functionality Of Remote Reading And Access To Measurement Data Are Guaranteed Well Into The 2030S. The Heat Energy Meters And System/Service Requirements That Are The Subject Of Competition Can Be Found In The Tender Questionnaire.
