Tenders Are Invited For Work To Create A Shared Living Base At 88/88Bis Rue Diéna In Lille

As Part Of The Npnru Lille Quartiers Anciens Program, La Fabrique Des Quartiers Is Required To Rehabilitate Nearly 200 Buildings In The Moulins And Wazemmes Districts Of Lille. To Do This, It Calls On A Certain Number Of Companies, Which Sometimes Struggle To Comfortably Deploy Their Site Installations In A Public Space That Is Often Very Constrained In Old Neighborhoods. To Overcome This Problem, It Was Decided To Mobilize A Vacant Real Estate Complex And Temporarily Convert It Into A Shared Living Base, For All Companies Called Upon To Work On Construction Sites In The Jena Mexico Sector.
