The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Public Task Entitled: Modernization Of Artificial Turf Playing Fields At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Rytwiany.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Artificial Turf Pitches On Plots Marked With Geodetic Numbers 1365/5, 1365/4, 1366/4, 1366/3, Precinct 2.0006 Rytwiany. The Scope Of Works Includes: • Laying A New Surface On The Handball Pitch, • Painting The Synthetic Surfaces Of The Basketball And Volleyball Courts, • Painting Lines On The Pitches And Running Tracks, • Modernization Of Pedestrian Routes, • Replacing Lighting Fixtures With New Ones In Led Technology.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Including: • Technical Design, • Bill Of Quantities, • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4.The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Other Necessary Works To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.5.All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Technical Description, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor May Not Limit Either The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract. 6.
