1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection For A Commercial Building Located At Ul. Grunwaldzka 248 In Poznań Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu) And Technical Conditions Issued By Aquanet S.A., Constituting An Integral Part Of The Agreement, In Particular: 1) Development Of The Land Development Design And Technical Design Together With Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes And Their Updates, Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Existing Internal Sanitary Sewage System, Preparing Geological And Engineering Documentation (Soil And Water Tests) To The Extent Necessary For The Construction Of The Connection, Obtaining The Conditions For Connection To The Network And Other Documents Necessary To Prepare A Technical Design And Preparing A Design For Changing The Road Traffic Organization, 2) Obtaining, On The Basis Of The Land Development Design And Technical Design Referred To In Point 1 Above, The Required Arrangements And Design Checks With The Relevant Units (Aquanet S.A., Municipal Road Authority) And The Zudp Coordination Meeting And Other Entities Required For The Implementation Of The Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Agreements, And Also The Preparation Of Stwior, Bioz, Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate, 3) Performing Authors Supervision Activities Over The Implementation Of Works That Are The Subject Of The Agreement In The Scope Of The Documentation Prepared Under The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Authors Supervision), 4) Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Prepared And Agreed Documentation, And Also Preparing As-Built Documentation Referred To In § 6 Section 1 Point 23 Point C Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As As-Built Documentation).
