The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Provision Of 24-Hour Direct Physical Security Services, Including Cloakroom Service In The Ckd Building Of The Central Clinical Hospital Of The Medical University Of Lodz At Ul. Pomorska 2512.The Contractor Will Present A License To Conduct Business Activities In The Field Of Security Services - In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 1995) Or An Equivalent Document; 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Specification Of The Order Terms, In Particular The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Operation. Failure To Meet Even One Of The Boundary Conditions Specified In Annex 2 Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Requires The Service To Be Performed With Due Diligence.4.
