Note: For Acceptance, The Contractor Must Provide The Ordering Party With The Results Of Tests Of The Borehole And Water Facilities That Meet The Standards For Water Fit For Human Consumption In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of May 22, 2026 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 748). The Result Of The Work Should Be Well Borehole No. 4 Enabling The Exploitation Of The Aquifer With A Capacity Of Approx. M3/H. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
