Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Implementation, In The Design And Build Formula, Of An Investment Task Involving The Development Of The Outskirts Of The Reservoir At Harcerska Street In Łask, As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Tourist Infrastructure In The Mof Area Through Tourist Development Of The Outskirts Of Reservoirs In The Łask Commune, No. Feld.05.04-Iz.00-0009/25, As Part Of The Budget Task Tourist Development Of The Outskirts Of Reservoirs In The Łask Commune, Listed In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz. The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Construction And Reconstruction Of Surfaces Made Of Water-Permeable Mixtures In The Area Of Pedestrian Routes And Parking Spaces For Bicycles And Scooters; B) Construction Of An External Recreational Pier; C) Installation Of Lighting And Cctv Installations; D) Completion Of Additions And Maintenance Of Existing Greenery; E) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Benches, Tables, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Bicycle Service Stations, Scooter Stations; F) Installation Of External Electrical Typhlographic Board; G) Implementation Of A Yourway Guidance System. 2) The Ordering Party Has A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For This Task. If The Scope Of Design Work Goes Beyond The Scope Of These Decisions Or The Decision Becomes Invalid, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain New Decisions On Its Own. 3) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Develop Complete Design Documentation For All Necessary Industries, Along With Obtaining All Necessary And Required By Law Decisions, Permits, Permits, Consents And Arrangements, As Well As Preparing A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb); B) Obtaining A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works (Permit Decision For Construction/Effective Notification Of Construction Works).C) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Obtained Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law; D) Obtaining Consents/Permits For The Use Of The Facility.4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Project In Question Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical And Construction Regulations, Polish Standards And Other Applicable Regulations. Design Solutions Are To Ensure The Required Durability And Optimal Economic Efficiency Of The Implementation And Operation Of The Project, Using Modern Technologies And Materials.5) The Detailed Subject Of The Order, Which Should Be The Basis For Submitting An Offer, Is Specified In: A) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz; B) Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 7 To The Swz;6) Note: The Value Of Design Works And Design Documentation Together With All Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Canno
