The Subject Of The Order Concerns Current Renovations For Installation Works Of Internal And External Networks, Maintenance, Troubleshooting And Inspections Of Water And Sewage Devices In The Facilities Of The Wrocław City Hall And In Particular Includes: - Installation Works - Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems, Internal And External, - Installation Works - Cold And Hot Water And Circulation, - Installation Works - Central Heating, - Installation Works - Gas, - Inspections Of Devices Water And Sewage.2. Details Regarding The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And Its Attachments, I.E.: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Template Of The Renovation Card And Template Of The Acceptance Protocol.Zp/Tp/60/2026/Wou Page 53. Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least A 24-Month Warranty For The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order - The Relevant Declaration Is Included In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, Point 2). At The Same Time, The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor Will Constitute The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers, As Referred To In Section Xvi, Point 1 Of The Swz.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Conclude And Maintain In Force Throughout The Entire Duration Of This Contract, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Civil Liability Insurance Contract With A Limit Of Not Less Than Pln 350,000.00 For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. A Copy Of Such A Document Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days After Signing The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor, In The Event Of A Failure Requiring Immediate Protection, To Provide Its Services 24 Hours A Day And On All Days Of The Week (Min. 1 Hour - Max. 3 Hours) From The Time It Is Reported By The Ordering Party.
