Construction Works Include Works Involving, Among Others: - Expansion Of The Municipal Road, - Construction Of A Sidewalk, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, - Construction Of Street Lighting, - Reconstruction Of Networks Colliding With The Investment. 3. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Company: Pracownia Inżynierii Drogowej Mgr Inż. Piotr Kowalczyk Ul. Podhalańska 4/29, 34-400 Nowy Targ.4. The Order Is Co-Financed By Funds From The Ministry Of Infrastructure - Subsidy Reserve For 2026. Co-Financing Of Municipal Tasks Pln 545,199.00 In 2026. The Entire Subsidy In The Amount Of Pln 545,199.00 Must Be Realized.5. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With Price Components Given In The Offer For The Public Procurement Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, 2/ No Remuneration Is Due For Works Not Performed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And Specification, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Including Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party To Acceptance Of The Material And Financial Schedule. 4/ The Ordering Party May Require The Contractor To Provide Additional Documents Or Prepare Them In A Specific Form In Connection With The Justified Needs Of The Ordering Party, 5/ The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And In Compliance With The Conditions Arising From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 6/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings. He Must Ensure The Passage Of Special Services Vehicles And Safe Necessary Communication, 7/ The Contractor Will Prepare, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works (With Its Approval By The Traffic Management Authority). It Will Bear All Costs Related To Temporary Traffic Organization. It Will Inform Through The Media About The Date Of Its Introduction And Traffic Disruptions Resulting From The Performance Of The Construction Works In Question, 8/ The Contractor Will Also Update The Target Traffic Organization Design And Approve It At Its Own Expense.
