1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Creation Of The Poets Avenue - The Garden Of Words At Ul. Broniewskiego In Sieradz, On Plot Registration Number 5445/185, District 0014, In Accordance With The Design Documentation.2. The Following Activities Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: - Execution Of Earthworks And Foundations, Gravel And Stone Surfaces, Edges And Palisades, - Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: 4 Benches With Backrests, 2 Waste Bins, 11 Information Boards Dedicated To Polish Poets And Writers, 3 High And 5 Low Elements Of Solar Lighting, A Dog Pack And A Decorative Boulder, - Landscaping Of Greenery, Including Preparing And Supplementing The Soil, Planting Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Ornamental Grasses, Mulching And Establishing A Park Lawn From Sowing.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Works, Supplies And Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task And Tidy Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works. 4. Additional Requirements Regarding Plant Material: Trees Intended For Planting Should Have A Height Of Not Less Than 1.82 M And A Trunk Circumference Of Not Less Than 10 Cm. Trees And Shrubs Should Be Containerized Material, Healthy, Properly Developed, Without Mechanical Damage And Signs Of Disease, With A Straight Trunk, A Properly Formed Crown, Characteristic Of The Species. Planted Trees Should Be Properly Stabilized Using Stakes And Secured In A Way That Ensures Their Proper Growth. Soil And Topsoil Management: The Humus Layer Of Soil (Topsoil) Removed During The Works Should Be Protected Against Contamination And Mixing With The Remaining Excavated Material, And Then Managed Within The Boundaries Of The Investment Area, In Particular For Creating And Supplementing Green Areas And For Planting. Topsoil Intended For Reuse Should Not Be Taken Outside The Investment Area. Earthworks Suitable For Re-Use Should Also Be Managed On The Plot, To The Extent Possible Based On The Documentation And Field Conditions. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
