Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Construction Of A Third Party Liability Warehouse In The City. Gnojnik Includes Preparing The Area, Constructing A Building With Its Structure And Necessary Installations, Equipping The Warehouse With Storage And Security Systems, And Constructing External Infrastructure. In Addition: Removal Of Soil Up To 5 Km (The Place Of Removal Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party) Trees To Be Cut Down And Cleared From The Entire Area Covered By The Task (Permission To Cut Down Trees On The Part Of The Ordering Party) Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In The Technical Documentation (Appendix No. 10), Which Is An Annex To This Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Ecological Technologies, Materials With Low Environmental Impact And Effective Waste Management. All Project Activities Are Aimed At Minimizing The Impact On The Natural Environment As Much As Possible, In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development. Note: The Contractor Will Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within A Period Of Up To 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Introducing Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract.
