The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of A Low-Rise, Detached Building Of The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Rzeszów, Stage I, As Part Of The Program Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Buildings Of The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Rzeszów In Accordance With The Co-Financing Agreement No. Fenx.01.01-Iw.01-0323/242.The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Low-Rise Building Of The Wsez In Rzeszów, I.E.: A) Insulation Of The Northern Wall Of The Lower Part Of The Building; B) Dismantling Of The Existing Window Joinery, Delivery And Installation Of New Windows And Doors; C) Electrical Installation Works Regarding The Installation Of A Pv Installation With A Capacity Of 23 Kwp.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Attached To This Swz, Which Includes In Particular: - Bills Of Quantities; - Stwiorb; - Technical Design Of The Electrical Installation; - Technical And Executive Design Of Electrical Installations4.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works To The Extent Specified In This Terms Of Reference And Partially Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). The Ordering Party Indicates That The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Narrower Than The Scope Resulting From The Entire Prepared Documentation. The Documentation Was Prepared For A Wider Scope Of Works, But As Part Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of Only Part Of The Works: A) Insulation Of The Northern Wall Of The Building In The Lower Part; B) Dismantling Of The Existing Window Joinery, Delivery And Installation Of New Windows And Doors; C) Electrical Installation Works Concerning The Installation Of A Pv Installation With A Capacity Of 23 Kwp, Which Are Covered By This Order. The Contractor Is Therefore Obliged To Include In The Offer Price Only Works, Supplies, Materials, Equipment And Activities Necessary For The Correct And Complete Performance Of The Scope Covered By This Order. Other Elements And Works Presented In The Documentation, Which Are Not Indicated In The Swz As Falling Within The Scope Of This Order, Do Not Constitute The Subject Of The Order And Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. If The Documentation Contains Solutions Or Scopes That Go Beyond The Scope Specified In The Swz For This Procedure, This Does Not Mean That The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Them Under The Concluded Contract. In This Respect, The Documentation Should Be Treated As A Study Of A Broader Investment Intention, And The Subject Of This Order Is Limited To The Part Of This Intention Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz.5.The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Supplemented By The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The P
