The Investment Task Involves The Construction Of A Detached, Single-Story Garage Building With Dimensions Of 13.00 X 8.00 M And A Rectangular Shape With A Steel Structure With Internal Electrical Installation And The Demolition Of The Existing Public Utility Building. The Investment Is Located In Sułoszowa In The Krakow Poviat, On Plots No. 1445/1, 1445/4, Rev. 0003 Sułoszowa Iii. The Designed Garage Building Will Be Intended For Use By The Local Volunteer Fire Department. Detailed Designs For The Construction And Electrical Industries Should Be Developed. As Part Of The Project, The Area On The Construction Plot Will Be Hardened, I.E. A Band Around The Designed Building With Aisles. Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, In Places Where There Is No Existing Hardened Surface. Above Hardening The Area - Any Work That Does Not Require A Building Permit Or A Notification Of Works Is Beyond The Scope Of The Application For A Building Permit. The Area Covered By The Study Is Located In The Krakow Poviat, In The Sułoszowa Commune, In The Town Of Sułoszowa (Sułoszowa Iii Commune). The Investment Is Located On Registered Plots No. 1445/1, 1445/4, District 0003 Sułoszowa Iii. The Existing One Is A Single-Story Building Intended For Demolition. On The Eastern Side Of The Building There Is A Pumping Station For The Sanitary Sewage System, Fenced. On The Western Side There Is An Existing Hardened Area With A Bituminous Surface, On The Other Sides There Is A Grass Surface Around The Building. There Is A Parcel Locker Device Located In Front Of The Building On The Road Side - The Project Does Not Assume Any Interference With This Facility. The Area Has Access To A Public Road (Provincial Road No. 773) Through An Existing Exit.
