The Subject Of The Order Is: Demolition Of The Existing Bridge Structure And Construction Of A Culvert In Its Place Along With Access Roads As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Reconstruction Of The Bridge At Km 0+350 Along The District Road No. P 1627R Jawornik Polski - Jawornik Przedmieście Including: • Site Works • Demolition Works • Excavations And Embankments • Foundation Of The Concrete Structure • Load-Bearing Structure • Bridge Equipment • Surface Works • Strengthening Of Slopes And The Bed Bottom • Sidewalk On The Access Roads • Renovation Of The Existing Road Surface4.1 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimates, Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Annex To This Swz.4.2.When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Only Products Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994.
