The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of Two Brand New, Unused Passenger Cars In The Form Of Operational Leasing With Purchase, On The Terms Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Minimum Technical Requirements Of Each Vehicle Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Calculation Of The Offer Price And The Terms Of Leasing Financing In The Offer Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Offer Must Be Accompanied By A Preliminary Installment Payment Schedule For The Leasing Agreement. Above The Schedule Constitutes The Content Of The Offer.4.The Minimum Technical And Equipment Requirements Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz Should Be Understood As Functional, Functional, Quality And Operational Requirements For Each Vehicle.5.The Names Of Systems, Functions And Systems Used In Annex 2 To The Swz Are Descriptive. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Differing In Commercial Nomenclature, Design Or Method Of Implementation, If They Ensure At Least The Same Functional Effect, Level Of Safety And Comfort Of Use.6.The Ordering Party Requires Two Vehicles Of The Same Model And Version That Meet All Swz Requirements. The Offered Vehicles Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Come From Official Distribution For The Polish Or European Union Market, With Full Approval And Documentation In Polish.7.The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed In The Following Financing Model: 1) Operational Leasing Settled In Pln; 2) Basic Leasing Period: 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Last Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations; 3) Initial Fee: 10% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item; 4) 35 Monthly Leasing Installments Payable Monthly; 5) Final Buyout: 1% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item, Plus The Tax Due Vat;6) Variable Interest Rate Based On The Wibor 1M Index And The Contractors Fixed Margin; To Prepare The Offer, The Contractor Will Use The Wibor 1M Value From The Date Of Publication Of The Contract Notice;7) No Additional Handling Fees, Preparation Fees, Administrative Fees, Leasing Initiation Fees, Contract Service Fees, Fees For Early Repayment Of Installments And Fees For Transfer Of Ownership, Apart From The Costs Expressly Provided For In The Swz And The Offer;8) The Cost Of The Offer Includes At Least: Delivery Of Two Vehicles, Their Registration, Leasing Financing, Third Party Liability Insurance/Ac/Nnw/Assistance Insurance For Both Vehicles Throughout The Entire Leasing Period, Sets Of Documents, Two Sets Of Wheels For Each Vehicle, Warranty Benefits, Inspection Package And Transfer Of Ownership After Purchase;9) If The Contractor Uses The General Terms And Conditions Of The Leasing Contract Or A Contract Template, These Documents May Be Used Only To The Ex
