Żeromskiego 30.2.The Comprehensive Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Two Inseparable Stages: 1.Stage I – Pre-Design And Design Works (Contractual Works): Including, Among Others: Preparing A Map For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Research, Developing A Complete Construction And Technical-Executive Design For All Industries, Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Representing The Ordering Party In Order To Obtain A Valid Building Permit, 2.Stage Ii - Construction And Installation Works: Including The Expansion Of A Steel-Structured Hall Building, Construction Of Foundations On Reinforced Concrete Piles, Expansion Of Rainwater Drainage, Fire Protection Water Supply And Ventilation Installations, Construction Of Internal And External Electrical Installations, Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation (Approx. 40 Kwp) With An Energy Storage Facility, Replenishment Of Area Hardening And Construction Of Lawns, As Well As Obtaining An Indefinite, Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Facility Detailed Functional And Operational Properties And Technical Parameters Of The Expanded Facility Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
