Victory In Kędzierzyn-Koźle.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works: A. Dismantling Of Old Concrete Paths, B.Disassembly Of The Outdoor Gym Equipment Area, C.Dismantling The Existing Pavement From The Zones Of Outdoor Gym Equipment;2) Construction Of A New Zone Of Outdoor Gym Equipment;3) Delivery And Installation Of New Outdoor Gym Equipment:A. Rower And Bicycleb.Rider And Back Erector, 4) Renovation Works 3. Moreover, As Part Of The Subject Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Status Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Before The Execution Of Works That Disappear Or Are To Be Covered, In Advance Enabling The Ordering Party To Inspect Them; If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill This Obligation And Doubts Arise As To The Correctness Of The Execution Of The Works, The Ordering Party May Demand That They Be Discovered, Dismantled Or Re-Performed At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Without The Contractors Right To Extend The Contract Implementation Deadline; 2) Delivery And Installation Of Outdoor Gym Equipment Of The Relevant Standards From The Pn-En 16630:2015-06 Group Or Equivalent Standards; 3) Submitting The Evidence Specified In The Swz Together With The Offer. For Each Device Offered, The Documents Must Enable Identification Of The Manufacturer And The Exact Model And Confirm Compliance With The Technical And Functional Parameters Required In The Opz; 4) Providing The Ordering Party, No Later Than When Reporting Readiness For Final Acceptance, With Complete Documentation Regarding The Actually Installed Devices, Including: Technical Sheets, Copies Of Certificates Of Conformity Or Certificates In Electronic Form, Instructions For Assembly, Use, Inspection And Maintenance, And Warranty Documents. The Documentation Must Enable Clear Identification Of The Manufacturer And Model Of Each Installed Device And Confirmation That It Is Compatible With The Device Indicated In The Offer And Meets The Opz Requirements. Submitting Complete Documentation Is A Condition For Proceeding With The Final Acceptance; 5) Tidying Up And Leveling The Area After Completing All The Works; Rubble, Excess Soil And Other Waste Generated In Connection With The Execution Of The Order Will Be Managed By The Contractor At Its Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
