1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Official Decisions, And Then Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Improvement Of Educational Conditions At The T. Kościuszko Secondary School Complex No. 1 In Tomaszów Mazowiecki.2) The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Limited To The Ordering Partys Real Estate Located At Ul. Saint Antoniego 29, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The Project In Question Includes An Investment On Plot No. 279/1 In Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The Area Is Developed, I.E. Equipped With Connections: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Electricity And Heating.3) All Facilities Covered By The Scope Of The Project Must Meet The Principle Of Accessibility In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027, In Particular The Needs Of People With Disabilities And Sen.4) Facilities Covered By The Project After The Completion Of The Works Must Meet Primarily The Requirements Of The Ministers Regulation Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location And Other Detailed And Separate Provisions (Polish Standards).5) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Status, Standards, Principles Of The Best Technical Knowledge And With The Principle Of Due Diligence. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Structure Safety, Fire Safety, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Health And Environmental Protection And Operational Safety. The Constructed Devices/Installations/Facilities Should Have A Durable And Reliable Structure. The Delivered Devices Must Be Unused And Brand New, Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Equipment Model, And Come From The Official Distribution Channel For The Polish Market. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Prototype Equipment, And The Technology Used And Its Individual Elements Should Be Tested In Operational Practice. The Contractors Tasks Include Performing Mandatory Tests And Inspections In The Light Of Applicable Legal Regulations And Protecting Property Within The Construction Site. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractors Obligations Include The Implementation Of The Investment Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense And In Accordance With The Construction Law, In Particular: • Using Only Materials Of Appropriate Quality Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Construction Law And Coordinating Industrial Works Performed On The Facility, • Ensuring The Supply Of Materials And Equipment, • Carrying Out All The Required Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Included In This Program And The Relevant Regulations: Measurements, Tests, Tests And Commissioning, •
