The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of A Heat Pump System With Automation And Accompanying Infrastructure At The Aquapark Polkowice S.A. Facility. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Complete Heat Pump Technological System Along With Its Launch And Commissioning, Which Will Perform The Following Functions: - Production Of Chilled Water For The Needs Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations With Constant Parameters Of 8/14°C (Supply/Return), - Production Of Heat For The Needs Of Pre-Heating Water Swimming Pool, - Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water (Cwu) With Constant Parameters Of 37/29°C (Supply/Return). The Designed And Constructed Heat Pump System Will Work In Parallel, Regardless Of The Existing Heating Substation. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.Demolition And Dismantling Works.2.Delivery Of Equipment: 1) Delivery Of 4 Heat Pumps With A Cooling Capacity Of 128.4 Kw And A Heating Power Of 158.7 Kw, Type Ewwt125q-Xra1 Or Equivalent, With Complete Equipment. 2) Delivery Of Fittings, Safety Devices And Installation Elements.3.Installation Of Devices And Installation: 1) Placing The Units In A Room That Meets The Requirements For Technical Rooms, 2) Installing Hydraulic Installations, I.E. Chilled Water, Heating Installation, Domestic Hot Water, Swimming Pool Installation), 3) Installing Electrical Connections And Power Supply, 4) Installing Thermal Insulation Of The Installation, 5) Performing The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works.4.Installation Of Automation And Control System: 1) Equipping The System With An Automation System And Automatic Regulation Devices In Accordance With A Separate Study, 2) Ensuring The Units Operate In Parallel, 3) Controlling Operating Parameters (Temperature, Efficiency, Operating Modes), 4) Integration With Existing Systems (If Applicable). 5.Protections Of The Heat Pump Technology System In: 1) Safety Valves Of The Hot Water Installation, 2) Diaphragm Expansion Vessels Of The Hot Water Installation, 3) Safety Valves Of The Cooling Installation, 4) Diaphragm Expansion Vessels Of The Cooling Installation, 5) Other Required Protections In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards.6.Construction Of Pipelines: 1) Installation Water With Low Parameters Within The Heat Pump Technology, Made Of Welded Steel Pipes According To Pn-73/H-74200 With Socket, Flanged Connections Or Pex Pipes Connected With System Fittings.7.Performing Thermal And Anti-Dew Insulation: 1) Conducting Tightness Tests And Necessary Flushing Of The Installation, 2) Cleaning And Degreasing Steel Pipelines, And Then Painting Them Twice With Anti-Corrosion Paint, 3) Thermal Insulation Of Pipelines With Factory And Prefabricated Fittings Made Of Mineral Wool (Heating Installations) Or Rubber Lagging (Cooling Installations), 4) Colored Tapes Should Be Used To Color Mark The Pipes Self-Adhesive Stickers
