1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Existing Warehouse For Olioc Purposes (Under Measure Ii.1.2 Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026).2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Design Documentation (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Order, The Existing Transport And Communications Building Will Be Reconstructed And Expanded, Along With A Change In The Use Of Part Of The Said Building For Administrative, Social, Economic And Storage Purposes, Including The Implementation Of, Among Others: 1) Construction Works, 2) Water And Sewage Installations, 3) Electrical Energy Installations, 4) Central Heating Installation, 5) Gas Installation, 6) Finishing Works, 7) External Hardened Surfaces. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Works Related To The Construction Of A Shelter. 3.It Is Recommended That Contractors Inspect The Building That Is The Subject Of This Order And Its Surroundings In Order To Evaluate The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of This Procedure And To Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary In Preparing The Offer.4.The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor.1) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To Manual Workers, Machine And Equipment Operators.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontracting Agreement Appropriate Provisions Obliging Subcontractors To Employ Under An Employment Contract All Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities.3) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Request, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Employed Persons Containing The Contractors Declaration That The Indicated Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Point 2 Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Above-Mentioned Provisions.
