The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Modernization Of A Social Multi-Family Residential Building Located In Łosice At Ul. Narutowicza 62, On Plot No. 1190. The Building Includes 7 Residential Premises, Used By Approximately 13 People. Part Of The Building Is Being Modernized. The Other Part Of The Building Remains Inhabited And Used By Tenants During The Period Of Works. This Circumstance Is The Basic Condition For The Organization Of Works And Must Be Taken Into Account When Selecting Technology, The Sequence Of Works, Organizing Transport, Securing The Area And Performing Demolition, Construction, Roofing, Facade And Installation Works. The Material Scope Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Understood As Works Performed As Part Of The Modernization Of An Existing Building. The Presence Of Extensive Demolition Works And The Construction Of New Structural Elements In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Change The Nature Of The Project As A Reconstruction.
