Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out All Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance, Maintenance, Operation And Renovation Repairs Of Illumination Installations And Devices In The City Of Lublin

1. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance, Maintenance, Operation And Renovation Repairs Of Illumination Lighting Installations And Devices In The City Of Lublin In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards For The Operation Of Power Networks And Devices, Regulations On Occupational Health And Safety And Protection Against Electric Shocks, And The Current Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of Illumination Lighting In The Lublin Commune, And In In Particular: 1.1. Ongoing Maintenance, Maintenance And Operation Of Illumination Installations And Devices, Performed As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, I.E.: 1.1.1. Control Of The Functioning Of Devices And Installations, 1.1.2. Maintaining Devices And Installations In Good Technical Condition, Including Replacement Or Repair Of Consumables, Electrical Connections And Damage To Cables That Do Not Require Replacement Of Entire Sections Of The Installation;1.1.3. Performing Technical Inspections, 1.1.4. Removing Failures And Conditions That May Pose A Threat To The Life, Health, Property Or Safety Of Users, 1.1.5. Maintaining Illumination Devices In Proper Aesthetic Condition, 1.1.6. Performing Operational Measurements, 1.1.7. Maintaining Operational Documentation, 1.2. Renovation Repairs Of Illumination Installations And Devices (Including Post-Destruction Repairs) Including Replacement, Reconstruction Or Reconstruction Of Important Elements Of Illumination Installations Or Devices, Going Beyond The Scope Of Current Maintenance, Maintenance And Service, I.E. Activities Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Or Other Activities Classified By The Ordering Party As Renovation Repairs In The Form Of A Written Order, Such As: Replacement Of Entire Lighting Fixtures (If It Is Impossible To Replace The Light Source Without Damaging The Fixture Led), Replacement Of Headlights, Replacement Of Poles, Covers And Protective Glass As Well As Supporting Structures Of Luminaires And Reflectors, Replacement Of Cable Connectors, Replacement Of Switchboards, Replacement Of Cable Line Sections, Construction Of New Sections Of The Installation, Reconstruction Of Foundations, Reconstruction Of The Installation, Replacement Of Control Devices. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of Illumination Lighting (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Contract Template With Annexes (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz And Appendices 1 And 2 To The Agreement).
