3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment To Primary Schools And Their Kindergarten Sections Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), In Accordance With The Quantities And Requirements Specified In The Opz - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Products Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Complete And Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose. The Equipment Must Meet The Safety Requirements Resulting From Applicable Regulations, Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product. Electrical And Electronic Devices Must Meet The Appropriate Requirements For Electrical Safety And Electromagnetic Compatibility. The Minimum Parameters May Be Higher And The Maximum Parameters May Not Be Exceeded. Dimensions Given Without Tolerances Are Required Dimensions; The Marking Approximately Indicates The Approximate Size. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Accessories, Fastening Elements, Cabling, Operating Instructions In Polish And Warranty Documents. The Software Must Be Delivered With Permissions For Legal Use By The Ordering Party. The Technical, Functional And Completeness Of Delivery Requirements Must Be Met Jointly. The Quantities Of Equipment For The Primary School And The Kindergarten Section Are Separate And Must Be Added Up When Preparing The Offer. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions On The Terms Specified In The Opz.
