Tenders are invited for Yap Renewable Energy Generation and Battery Energy Storage System Design, Supply, Construction and Completion of an (I) 800 KW / 2-hour BESS at the Yap State Public Service Corporation power station, and (II) at least 1.950 MWp (DC) of ground mounted solar PV connected to the Yap main grid near to the power station (to the boundary of the works) Yap Renewable Energy Generation and Battery Energy Storage System A pre-bid meeting will be held as follows: Date: 16 September 2026 Time: 2:00 p.m. Pohnpei Time Place: DoRD Conference/Virtual Bidders may attend either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. No organized visit will be conducted. Potential Bidders are also welcome to visit Yap State Public Service Corporation (YSPSC), Yap, FSM during the bid period, between 19 August 2026 to 21 November 2026, to familiarize themselves with local conditions, the site, available resources, and the logistics of transportation and construction on the island.
