Tenders are invited for Procurement of Computers, Sewing Machines & School Bags. The High Commission of Pakistan invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of branded computers, Sewing machines and School bags. (i) Specifications: Desktop/Laptop Computers: Processor: Intel i5 and i7 Brand: any brand (Locally assembled computers are not acceptable) Configuration: Minimum 4Gb RAM, 1Tb Storage Operating System: Microsoft Windows Sewing Machines: Manual Domestic Sewing Machines with motor Portable Sewing Machines School Bags: Comfortable, adjustable, padded straps, multiple compartments, durable, lightweight, and water-resistant material. (ii) Proposal Submission Requirements Detailed quotation with a breakdown of costs. Warranty terms and conditions. (iii) Terms and Conditions: Bidders must submit separate proposals for each item. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Proposal for Computers" "Proposal for Sewing Machines" "Proposal for School bags" and ensure submission on or before 20th October 2026. The selected supplier must deliver the computers to the below address without additional transportation charges. The High Commission of Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
