Project: Tender22196 - Mto Morriston Patrol Yard Roof Replacement . This Is A Request For Bids (Rfb) For Construction Services On Mto Morriston Patrol Yard. The Work Consists Of The Complete Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Roofing Assembly Down To The Structural Deck, Modifications To Roof Parapets, Installation Of A New Insulated Two-Ply Modified Bitumen Roofing System, Replacement Of Associated Flashing And Sheet Metal Components, Removal Of An Existing Chimney, And Completion Of All Related Restoration And Clean-Up Activities. Scope Of Work Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Supervision, And Disposal Services Required For The Complete Replacement Of The Existing Roof System. Work Includes Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Roofing Assembly, Ballast, Sheet Metal Capping, And Brick Chimney; Raising Parapets; Installation Of A New Insulated Two-Ply Modified Bitumen Roofing System With Tapered Insulation For Positive Drainage; Installation Of New Flashing And Pre-Painted Metal Cap Flashing; Application Of All Required Sealants; Redistribution Of Ballast; Final Site Clean-Up; And Provision Of Applicable Warranties. All Work Shall Comply With Applicable Codes, Manufacturer Specifications, And Industry Standards.
