Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, And Installation of Furniture for 8 Spaces Service Location: Gaza Strip 1. About PITA The Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) is a leading force representing Palestines vibrant, innovative, and resilient technology community, bringing together IT companies, tech startups, and tech talent under one dynamic umbrella. PITA advocates for its members through public policy engagement and international outreach, while fostering collaboration and providing targeted support such as mentoring, upskilling programs, and access to funding to strengthen the ICT sector in Palestine. 2. Project Background PITA is implementing the UNDP-funded program Support to Private Sector MSMEs Productivity, Enabling the Services Sector and ICT Hubs in the Gaza Strip, which aims to strengthen ICT hubs and enhance the employability, productivity, and market readiness of youth, freelancers, MSMEs, and startups across the Gaza Strip. Under this program, PITA seeks to engage qualified suppliers to provide furniture and related supplies for eight designated spaces in the Gaza Strip, comprising six workspaces in addition to the PITA and PICTI spaces. 3. Objective of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to identify and contract qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, assembly, installation, and handover of furniture items required for eight designated spaces in the Gaza Strip. The selected supplier will be responsible for ensuring that all required furniture is supplied in accordance with the specified technical requirements and quantities, safely delivered, properly assembled and installed, inspected, and handed over ready for use.
