TRC has recently installed a new Case Management system integrated with a call center system and it is hosted locally in TRC premises, the new systems and the current old Firewall infrastructure need to be audited and reviewed assuming no internal or external traffic is inherently safe, a Risk audit and penetration testing is needed to secure our new system environment to make sure our systems are safe and no vulnerable are existing by reviewing the systems hardening guides for new threats. In addition to suggest a backup and recovery mechanism to protect Daily backups to a separate, cloud storage location, to ensure rapid restoration after an incident or disaster. We are inviting specialized cybersecurity firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) and comprehensive Company Profile for our upcoming Web Application Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Project.
