Shiam Youth Make the Future invites quotations\proposals from qualified, and locally registered Companies, specialized in the field of designing and delivering capacity building focused on advocacy, leadership, and gender equality to provide the following services: Organize and deliver three online, three-day Arabic-language capacity-building cohorts (six hours per day) for 20 participants each, including preparation of the Arabic-language curriculum, agendas, participant materials, and pre- and post-training assessments. Provide coaching and mentorship to help each cohort design, refine, and implement one youth-led digital advocacy campaign, resulting in three campaigns. Support participants to strengthen and practically apply skills in advocacy, leadership, gender equality, civic engagement and campaign development through the three capacity-building cohorts and youth-led advocacy campaigns.
