Competition Conditions: The commercial offers submitted by the competition participants must remain valid without changes for at least 30 (thirty) days from the date of their submission. Prices must be quoted in US dollars and on the delivery terms specified in the technical specification. Requirements for the goods, deadlines, and payment terms are detailed in the technical specification. The deadline for submission of competitive commercial offers is no later than October 15, 2026, at 13:00 Kyiv time.
