Bid Documents-Interested bidders may obtain bid documents relevant to the works from the Office of the Uva Provincial Department of Buildings and Offices of the Regional Engineers (Buildings) of Badulla, Bandarawela, Monaragala, Wellawaya and Bibile of the Uva Provincial Department of Buildings upon payment of the bid document fee mentioned in the table above. Pre-bid Meeting-At 10.00 a.m. on 19.10.2026 at the Auditorium of the Provincial Department of Buildings. 09.For the works with a civil work value of Rs. 05 million or above, bidders should register under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 and the relevant certificate or documentary proof should be submitted with the bid. Bids without the relevant certificate or documentary proof may be rejected. 10.
