Tenders are invited for Private Security Service for District Director of Health Services Office - Matara Refundable Deposit: Rs. 30,000/-/- Non-Refundable Fee: Rs. 2,500/- Relevant information and bid documents can be obtained from the institutions specified in the schedule on working days from 05.10.2026 up to 23.10.2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. When obtaining application forms, a non-refundable and refundable fee for each application form must be paid as specified in the schedule. When submitting bids, the receipt obtained by paying the money to the account of the relevant institution and the following documents must be submitted: i. Business Names Registration Certificate. ii. Service certificate regarding 03 years of experience. A certificate with a value of not less than Rs. 05 Lakhs for each institution expected to provide services should be obtained from the Divisional Secretariat in General Form 170 and submitted. Completed bid documents can be sent by registered post to the institution issuing the bid documents before 10.30 a.m. on 26.10.2026, or placed into the tender box placed in that office. Providing Private Security Service / Private Sanitation Service for the year 2027 should be written on the top left corner of the envelope containing the tender, and bids received late will be rejected. Bid documents must be prepared as a file in 02 copies labelled as the original copy and duplicate copy, placed in separate covers, and submitted by enclosing both covers within a single cover. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bid acceptance at 10.30 a.m. on 26.10.2026, and bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the opening of bids. Although all bids are opened on 26.10.2026, the awarding of bids for each institution will take place on the dates when the previous contract expires.
