Tenders Are Invited For Operation Of The Collection Yard Of The City Of Dobrušky

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Operating The Collection Yard Of The City Of Dobrušky (Hereinafter Referred To As The Collection Yard) Located In The Street Čs. Resistance In Dobruška, For An Indefinite Period With The Expected Start Date Of The Actual Operation Of The Collection Yard From 01.01.2027.The Collection Yard Will Be Operated By The Selected Supplier As An Operator As A Facility Intended For Waste Management In The Sense Of § 11 Paragraph 1 Letter R) Point 1 Of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act).The Provision Of The Collection Yard Operation Service Includes The Performance Of The Activities Specified In The Agreement On The Operation Of The Collection Yard, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier, Under The Conditions Specified In This Contract. The Model Of The Contract On The Operation Of The Collection Yard Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation.The Collection Yard Is Specified In The Agreement On The Rental Of The Collection Yard And Its Annex No. 1, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier Together With The Agreement On The Operation Of The Collection Yard. On The Basis Of This Agreement On The Rental Of The Collection Yard, The Collection Yard Will Be Handed Over To The Selected Contractor For Use. The Model Of The Collection Court Lease Agreement, Including Its Annex No. 1, Forms Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation.Part Of The Provided Service Of Operating A Collection Yard Is, Among Other Things, Securing A Permit To Operate A Collection Yard As A Facility Intended For Waste Management In Accordance With § 21, Paragraph 2 Of The Waste Act, Enabling The Selected Supplier As An Operator To Operate A Collection Yard On Its Behalf Within The Scope And In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreement On The Operation Of The Collection Yard, Or Ensuring The Necessary Change To The Existing Permit, If The Selected Supplier As Operator Already Operated A Collection Yard For The Client Immediately Before The Agreement On The Operation Of The Collection Yard Came Into Force And Is The Holder Of A Valid Permit For Its Operation.The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
