Tenders Are Invited For Follow-Up Evaluation Of The Consequences Of The New Collective Agreement On Long Shifts

The Project Is A Follow-Up Evaluation Of How Long-Call Schemes According To Sfs 2310 Are Introduced And Practiced In Municipal Health And Care Services, And To A More Limited Extent In Child Welfare Services. The Evaluation Will Shed Light On Experiences From Employers, Shop Stewards, Employees And Service Recipients, As Well As The Importance Of The Schemes For, Among Other Things, The Working Environment, Health, Full-Time Proportion And Quality And Continuity Of Services. The Results Shall Provide The Parties With A Knowledge Base For Further Assessment And Development Of The Agreement.
