The University Of Groningen (Rug) Is Preparing The Redevelopment Of Building Nijenborgh 4 (Building Part 5113) On The Zernike Campus. The Existing Education Building, With A Size Of Approximately 6,534 M² Gfa, Is Being Renovated. With This, The Rug Wants To Make The Building Future-Proof And Suitable For Modern Educational Use From The 2028/2029 Academic Year. The Final Design Has Already Been Developed By A Contracted Total Engineering Team, Consisting Of, Among Others, An Architect, Constructor And Installation And Building Physics Consultant. The Execution Of The Work Is Put Out To Tender At European Level With This Non-Public Procedure To Contract A Contractor And Installer Who Can Realize The Redevelopment Technically, Organizationally And Sustainably Within The Set Planning And Budgetary Frameworks. We Are Looking For Parties With Demonstrable Experience With Redevelopment Projects And The Realization Of High-Quality And Sustainable Buildings For Education And Knowledge Development.
