The Design And Construction Works Are Not Divided Into Parts, Since The Purpose Of The Contractor Is To Obtain The Main Contract, Where The Contractors Responsibility Is To Perform All The Various Works And Organize Them Due To The Initial Task Requested In The Procurement. In The Case Of Works Carried Out By Several Different Contractors, It Would Be Difficult To Later Determine The Warranty Limits For The Construction Of The Building. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Obtaining The Permits And Approvals Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And/Or The Commissioning Of The Premises, As Well As Bearing The Associated Costs. Basic Readiness For Use Must Be Achieved Within 120 Days And Final Readiness Within 150 Days From The Entry Into Force Of The Procurement Contract. Nb!
